What is Head Start?
Hartford Head Start Agency, Inc. is a federally funded program that serves the social and educational needs of children two and a half to five years of age. It is our continuous goal to effectively deliver comprehensive services in the areas of Parent Involvement, Social Services, Nutrition, Health, Education, Disability Services, Family Literacy, and Transition Services.
